The Council are seeking Expressions of Interest for the opportunity to hold and run a variety market on the lands outlined in red (above) on Friday and Saturday each week, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest on the subject land.
Please ensure the Response Form is completed and returned before 12 Noon on Friday 19th December 2025, marked
"Variety Market at Rathfriland Street, Banbridge — Expression of Interest” and delivered or emailed to O'Connor Kennedy Turtle, 22 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8GD. F.A.O Alan McKinstry (alan.mckinstry@okt.co.uk).
It is the obligation of the interested party to confirm that your Expression of Interest Response Form has been received by O'Connor Kennedy Turtle.
All proposals will be subject to further detailed negotiations and subject to contract, and Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council may decide not to pursue negotiations in relation to any or all of the proposals which it may receive or may decide to invite other proposals.
Planning
The successful applicant would be responsible for progressing any necessary planning applications and associated costs.
VAT
All prices, outgoings etc are exclusive of, but may be subject to VAT.
