The Council are seeking Expressions of Interest for these lands that would bring significant community and / or commercial benefit to the Council
Mid & East Antrim Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest on the subject land.
Please ensure the Response Form is completed and returned before 12 Noon on Friday 12th December 2025, marked "Lands at Tullygarley Community Centre, Ballymena—Expression of Interest” and delivered or emailed to O'Connor Kennedy Turtle, 22 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8GD. It is the obligation of the interested party to confirm that your Expression of Interest Response Form has been received by O'Connor Kennedy Turtle.
All proposals will be subject to further detailed negotiations and subject to contract, and Mid And East Antrim Borough Council may decide not to pursue negotiations in relation to any or all of the proposals which it may receive or may decide to invite other proposals.
The subject lands extend to c. 2.29 acres (0.93 ha).
Planning
The successful applicant would be responsible for progressing any necessary planning applications and associated costs.
VAT
All prices, outgoings etc are exclusive of, but may be subject to VAT.
